A well told story has the power to make us experience all kinds of emotion – laughter, sadness, even fear, all in a matter of minutes!

Creating a consumer experience that everyone can relate to is exactly what the series of 6 Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and 13 Vox Pop (voices from the street) clips have achieved.

Each 60 second clip creatively highlights an issue, the dangers and a consumer protection educational message.

Built in high definition, these video clips are suitable for Web, TV and Radio slots, however there are many other applications, such as:

  • Encourage Financial Service Provider front line staff to upload onto portable devices (such as smart phones, tablets or laptops) to show to clients who may not have wifi access
  • Run on loop in-branch monitors, or over phone when customers are on hold
  • Screen during pre-loan application phases to reinforce to consumers any key ‘direct training’ provided
  • Make available to other service providers (such as health clinics or NGOs) who could promote viewing while people wait for appointments
